“M1906RCG – Hi-lite”
The 1906R wasn’t nearly the big hit New Balance imagined it would be, unlike its twin, the 2002R. However, it appears that the model is now finally getting the credit it deserves, since projects with COMME des GARCONS HOMME, Salehe Bembury, and Action Bronson are about to start. Additionally, the New Balance 1906R has a number of inline styles planned for later this year, including this recently unveiled Hornets-supportive hue. The couple creates what is effectively an unofficial tribute to the squad on top of a white-dominated basis, adding splashes of aqua blue and purple to its different accents. Additionally, black is used throughout, decorating the inner, laces, and heel counter. The official images of this upcoming New Balance 1906R are shown above.
